iAMDA online Art exhibition
May 2011
iAMDA is the International Association of Mobile Digital Artists and includes artists working on mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone, Android, Nintendo DS etc. In 2011 they offered artists a chance to create new pieces of art, on the theme ‘Unseen’, for their first online exhibition.
The show was juried by visual artist, Michael James Miller. Miller’s paintings, installations, and prints investigate the continuing relationship between art and technology. He is currently an Associate Professor of Visual Arts at The University of Illinois, Springfield.
I entered a painting called Snowblind, created using the InkPad app, which was selected as one of the exhibited pieces.
